On Sunday, January 8, Maine Aqua Ventus provided the following project update:
MAV is continuing to work with DOE’s National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) team to prepare for public scoping sessions later this winter. Recent activities include drafting a Public Participation Plan and preparing meeting posters detailing Project components. The MAV team is waiting on DOE confirmation for the date of the public scoping session and will update METF as soon as it is available. In addition to NEPA activities, we have continued outreach activities to keep stakeholders apprised of the Project.
